Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
Advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment must be completed before the trip departure.
Train/Flight tickets are subject to availability.
Tatkal bookings (if required) will incur additional charges.
The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons.
Every participant must carry a valid Government ID proof throughout the trip.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, drugs, or any illegal activity during the trip is strictly prohibited.
Participants must maintain discipline and respect fellow travelers, coordinators, and local communities.
Wild Travels Hyderabad is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, accident, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
Participants must follow the instructions of the trip coordinator at all times.
Any damage caused to hotel, vehicle, or public property by a participant will be recovered from the individual.
Wild Travels Hyderabad reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip in case of unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking advance is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
Cancellation 20–29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Cancellation 15–19 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply.
Train/Flight ticket cancellation charges will be applicable as per IRCTC/Airline rules.
No refund will be provided for any unused services after the trip has commenced.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds will be subject to hotel, transport, airline, railway, and other vendor policies.
Wild Travels Hyderabad reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any trip due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases,travelers may be offered an alternative departure date, travel credit, or refund (where applicable).
