Every package includes train/bus transport from Hyderabad, all local transport at the destination, accommodation (tents, homestays or hotels as listed), and meals as mentioned (typically 2 breakfasts + 2 dinners for a 4-day trip). A trek leader or trip coordinator is always included.

Submit the booking form online and you'll get a reference code instantly. Our team will WhatsApp you within 24 hours with the advance payment amount. Paying the advance locks your spot — no advance, no confirmed slot.

The advance is typically ₹1,500–₹2,000 per person and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is collected 7 days before departure. If Wild Travels cancels a trip, you receive a full refund or free transfer to the next batch.

You can absolutely join solo! All our trips are group departures — you'll be travelling with other solo travellers and small friend groups from Hyderabad. Most of our solo travellers say they make friends for life on these trips.

We keep groups between 8 and 20 people depending on the package. Treks are capped at 12–15 for safety; beach and city trips can go up to 20. The batch label on each package card shows the date — WhatsApp us to check current availability.

Most of our short trips (Wildtrek, Forest & Falls) are graded easy-to-moderate and are perfect for first-timers. We have certified trek leaders and always carry a first-aid kit. If you have any medical condition, mention it in the special requests field when booking.

We accept UPI payments (our UPI ID: 9493970045@pthdfc). After you pay the advance, send the screenshot to our WhatsApp and we'll confirm your booking. The remaining amount can be paid via UPI before departure.

Monsoon trips occasionally get rescheduled due to safety concerns (heavy rains, landslides). We notify you at least 48 hours in advance and offer a free transfer to the next available batch or a full refund of your advance.
